Skill Up courses usually span 1 or 2 days, delivered in half-day sessions.

But most important is that Managers leave each session with actionable skills they can use the very next day, not just concepts to think about.

You can enroll individual Managers in our open cohorts, where they'll learn alongside Managers from other organizations. This provides valuable peer perspectives and networking opportunities.

For organizations wanting to develop multiple Managers together, we offer Group Training that can be customized to your Team's specific needs and scheduled at times that work best for you.

Many organizations find that training Managers together builds a common language and approach across the leadership team, which accelerates implementation and results.

All sessions are recorded and available for Managers to review if they need to miss a session. We also provide comprehensive course materials that support learning outside of live sessions.

That said, the real value comes from the live interaction, discussion, and peer learning that happens during sessions. We encourage full attendance whenever possible.

If scheduling conflicts are a concern, we can often accommodate by offering the same course in multiple time slots or creating a custom schedule for your team.
