Roles
The Role module is the online digital library where all organization role descriptions are maintained. Every employee can view their own role description anytime, anywhere.
Managers can edit them, and employees can also print and download them.
Transparent Expectations

When managers get new employees, they conduct an initial Role Review meeting to fully explain all aspects of the assigned tasks and to clearly define their expectations.
Employees should never be unclear or confused about their manager’s expectations
Focused Reviews
When managers conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with their employees, they identify specific Role tasks or responsibilities they wish to discuss. We recommend that, over the course of one year, managers and employees review all items listed on the role description to ensure that everything is still required and relevant.
Role Acknowledgement
When managers edit role descriptions, notification messages are sent to all employees in the role requesting them to acknowledge the notification. Things change, and this is how managers keep their teams apprised.
Role descriptions are the foundation of the annual review. This is the work that team members have been focusing on, and reviews provide managers an opportunity to recognize their individual contributions.
