Teams
The team module is where managers can quickly see their team, the teams’ roles, and what everybody is working on.
With a click, mid-to-senior level leaders can instantly view down as many levels as they need to and see how their skip-level-team is doing.

This module encompasses the functionality that your managers need:
- View and edit the team’s profile
- View and edit the teams’ roles
- Search and filter your entire organization
- Sort by department, role, or name
Used by managers, at all levels, to see their immediate and skip-level/downstream employees and roles. They can view and edit the role descriptions of their immediate team members. They can also perform some administrative edits.
Mid-to-senior level managers can drill down through their group or function to view people and roles.
