Reviews

The reviews module is used to schedule and conduct performance reviews for the entire company.

We use a visual side-by-side layout that mirrors a role description and is easy for everyone to follow, even for new people.

The learning curve is super short for both managers and the eam. There’s no real training needed because the interface is intuitive and familiar.

Consistency comes through our automatic scheduling system. You can schedule all your reviews for the same time period, or you can do them based on anniversary dates.

Either way, you set the scheduler once, and the system does the rest with notifications to get everyone started and keep them informed.

The HR and admin team get a broad overview to see how far along everyone is and make sure they all get wrapped up in time.
